Being a member of our Board of Directors means actively contributing to this mission while participating in strategic decisions that have a tangible impact on the entrepreneurial community. Volunteering is more than simply offering your time: it means playing an active role in the development of the organization. Board members contribute to ensuring sound governance and play a strategic role in decisions that shape the short-, medium-, and long-term direction of the organization.

Roles and Commitments as a Board Member

Currently, our Board meets approximately eight times per year for regular meetings lasting approximately 1.5 hours each. These meetings provide an opportunity to review ongoing projects, make strategic decisions, and ensure effective follow-up on the organization’s activities. We also encourage each Board member to participate in a CAE Drummond committee, based on their skills and interests.
