CAE Drummond’s mission is to stimulate local economic growth by supporting investment, innovation, business succession, and youth initiatives, while providing flexible financial solutions and advisory services tailored to the needs of the local community.

Main Responsibilities of Board Members

Being a member of our Board of Directors means:

  • Actively contributing to our mission.
  • Ensuring sound and effective governance.
  • Playing a strategic role in the organization’s short-, medium-, and long-term decisions.
  • Participating in strategic decision-making that has a tangible impact on the entrepreneurial community.

Your Commitment as a Board Member

Currently, our Board meets approximately eight times per year for regular meetings lasting approximately 1.5 hours each.

These meetings provide an opportunity to:

  • Review ongoing projects.
  • Make strategic decisions.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on the organization’s activities.

We also encourage each Board member to participate in a CAE Drummond committee, based on their skills and interests.
