CAE Drummond, specializing in financing and management support for SMEs, is looking for dynamic candidates to fill the following position:

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across various economic sectors.
  • Analyze companies’ financial statements in order to assess and respond to financing requests.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization and increase its visibility within the business community.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts with economic stakeholders in the region.
  • Promote the organization’s services to various client groups throughout the territory.
  • Meet with business owners/promoters and propose financing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Analyze applications, prepare files, and submit recommendations to the investment committee.
  • Participate in managing complex files: Work closely with the Director to manage more complex cases.
  • Manage your portfolio: Ensure the effective management and development of a client portfolio.
  • Manage portfolio risk: Conduct annual reviews and analyze financial statements to assess and minimize risks.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who cares as much about the beautiful Drummondville region as we do and who has:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance specialization or equivalent).
  • Experience: 1–3 years (we value skills and commitment more than the length of experience).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Excellent financial analysis and financial management skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to take on challenges.
    • Adaptability, autonomy, and versatility.
    • Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
