A unique opportunity to get involved where it matters, at the heart of the entrepreneurial community of the MRC of Drummond.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h3><strong>Why Get Involved with CAE Drummond?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As a non-profit organization, CAE Drummond actively works to support small and medium-sized businesses in the region. Our mission: to stimulate local economic growth by supporting investment, innovation, business succession, and youth initiatives, while offering flexible financial solutions and advisory services tailored to the needs of our community. In short, <strong>we support local entrepreneurs!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Driven by values of commitment, collaboration, respect, and proximity, we are recognized today as a key partner in strengthening entrepreneurship within our communities.<\/p>\n<p>Being a member of our Board of Directors means actively contributing to this mission while participating in strategic decisions that have a tangible impact on the entrepreneurial community. Volunteering is more than simply offering your time: it means playing an active role in the development of the organization. Board members contribute to <strong>ensuring sound governance<\/strong> and play a <strong>strategic role<\/strong> in decisions that shape the short-, medium-, and long-term direction of the organization.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Serving on our Board of Directors is much more than a volunteer commitment: it means playing a key role within a regional economic organization!<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Roles and Commitments as a Board Member<\/h3>\n<p>Currently, our Board meets approximately <strong>eight times per year<\/strong> for regular meetings lasting approximately <strong>1.5 hours<\/strong> each. These meetings provide an opportunity to review ongoing projects, make strategic decisions, and ensure effective follow-up on the organization\u2019s activities.
